It's the best vitamin. I've been taken this vitamin for many years now. I highly recommend it. Matter of fact I tell many people about it. Especially if anyone has had gastric bypass. I left a former product because it changed to a weird taste. They put a strong peppermint flavor in it to avoid the taste and it still tasted bad. This has the exact amount of items that I have been told to take and does not taste bad. I’m very glad to have it.

It's been 8.5 years since my surgery and taking this supplement is definitely keeping me in the iron normal range as well as adding extra high potency iron supplements throughout the day! Just making sure I get every amount into my body that doesn't cause other side effects! So I'm pleased with the product just wish shipping to my part of Colorado was so taxed!
